We are located on Newbury St. between Arlington St. and Berkley St. We are accessible through two separate entrances: 29 Newbury St. or 33 Newbury St. Please take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor to suite 303. 

For parking there are street meters in the Back Bay neighborhood as well as valet/garage options. The closest valet option would be at The Newbury Hotel and the closest self-park garage would be 199 Claredon St.

At Skin Atelier by Sabrina, every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide you with a personalized, unrushed experience. As a boutique practice, your reserved treatment time is held exclusively for you, making it difficult to accommodate other clients when appointments are canceled without sufficient notice.

To best serve all of our clients, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). Same-day cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and while we always strive to be understanding, this policy allows us to respect the time of our clients, maintain our schedule, and continue providing the highest level of personalized care.

By scheduling an appointment with Skin Atelier by Sabrina, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and authorize any applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged to the credit card on file.

All service and gift card sales are final. 

For the best results, we recommend scheduling your facial before receiving injectables whenever possible.

If you’ve recently had injectables, please wait at least 2 weeks before booking a facial treatment. This allows the product to fully settle and helps ensure optimal healing and results.
