Welcome to Skin Atelier by Sabrina. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing services or products, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services Provided

Skin Atelier by Sabrina provides professional skincare services, including customized facials, dermaplaning, chemical exfoliation treatments, microneedling, and other aesthetic services as described on our website and service menu.

Treatments are customized based on individual skin conditions, goals, and consultation findings. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Client Consultation and Disclosure

To provide safe and effective treatments, clients agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding:

Medical history

Allergies and sensitivities

Current skincare products

Medications and treatments

Recent procedures or changes in health

Failure to disclose relevant information may impact treatment outcomes or safety.

Appointment Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Due to the nature of our services and limited availability, we require advance notice for cancellations and rescheduling.

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled, with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

Same day cancellations or no-show appointments may be charged up to the full service amount at the discretion of Skin Atelier by Sabrina.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment time to ensure the schedule remains on track. The full service price may still apply.

Treatment Results

Skincare treatments are not a guarantee of specific results. Outcomes depend on individual factors including skin condition, lifestyle, consistency with recommended skincare, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Product Recommendations

Skincare recommendations are based on professional assessment and individual needs. Clients are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and notifying Skin Atelier by Sabrina of any reactions or sensitivities.

Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable once performed.

Retail skincare products may be subject to exchange or refund policies outlined at the time of purchase. Opened or used products may not be eligible for return.

Website Content

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, logos, and educational materials, is the property of Skin Atelier by Sabrina unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Client Photos and Consent

Before-and-after photos may only be taken and used with client permission. Refusal to allow photography will not affect your ability to receive services.

Medical Disclaimer

Services provided by Skin Atelier by Sabrina are aesthetic skincare services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

Clients with medical concerns should consult with an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.

Limitation of Liability

By booking services, clients acknowledge that skincare treatments may carry risks including, but not limited to, temporary redness, irritation, sensitivity, dryness, peeling, breakouts, allergic reactions, or other skin responses.

Skin Atelier by Sabrina is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or use of products not recommended by our studio.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
